We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with experience in the healthcare industry to join our team at a leading fertility clinic. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase patient awareness and drive business growth. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans, strategies and campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC, to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
Manage and optimize the clinic’s digital assets and marketing channels, including social media, email, and website, to drive patient acquisition and engagement.
Manage the clinic’s website, ensuring that it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
Manage Salesforce & generates timely reports with professional insights and presents marketing results for review.
Utilize artificial intelligence and data analytics tools to analyze patient data and behaviors and identify trends to improve marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the clinic’s physicians and medical staff to develop content for marketing campaigns.
Use data and analytics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including OB/GYNs, primary care physicians, and other healthcare providers.
Manage the clinic’s budget for marketing and advertising.
Develop and manage relationships with vendors, such as graphic designers and copywriters, to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and revenue targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry. Fertility experience a plus.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong computer skills, specifically analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform marketing decisions.
Experience with website management, SEO, and PPC advertising. WordPress experience required. CRM experience preferred.
Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and its applications in healthcare marketing a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary & Benefits
Compensation range of $80,000 – $130,000 (salary & bonus) commensurate with experience.
