Per Diem Surgical Scrub Technician

Seeking a per-diem Surgical Scrub Technician to provide exceptional patient care. Flexible scheduling with weekends required.

Job Description:

• OR duties
• Administrative duties
• Prepares patients for surgical and non-surgical procedures
• Assists physicians during surgical and non-surgical procedures
• Demonstrates competency of operative procedures
• Demonstrates competency to operate sterilization equipment, operating room equipment, and all equipment in surgery center
• Maintains and enforces safe environment for the surgical patient and surgery center
• Maintains and enforces aseptic technique
• Maintains and enforces sterilization process
• Maintains, orders, and stocks supplies, equipment and instruments
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, federal, state, and local regulations
• Ensures compliance with patient confidentiality, risk management, and surgery center PSPs

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
