Shannon Taylor is the insurance administrator for Reproductive Partners Fertility Center – San Diego who specializes in benefit verification and authorizations. In her 14 years of working directly with insurance, she was the first to pioneer gender-neutral IVF billing and advocate for patients to be able to maximize coverage and lower their out-of-pocket costs. She obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Brigham Young University in Marriage, Family, and Human Development with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, which she credits her ability to further empathize with our patients and assess their needs.

She and her husband are the parents of 3 wonderful children, 2 of whom were born successfully from IVF interventions at RPSD! In her free time she enjoys traveling, relaxing on the beach, teaching Sunday School, and enjoys visiting the Happiest Place on Earth as often as possible.
