Fertility Treatments and Your Lifestyle

It should come as no surprise that the lifestyle you lead directly affects your fertility. From making healthy lifestyle choices to supplementing your intake of important nutrients, there are many things you can do outside of the clinic to improve and maintain your chances of becoming pregnant.

Whether you are in the beginning stages of family planning or are currently seeking assistance from a fertility clinic, simple lifestyle adjustments and extra daily supplements can foster conditions that promote fertility. In this guide, we discuss lifestyle recommendations for those beginning the fertility treatment process.

Your First Visit

Your first visit to Reproductive Partners Fertility Center – San Diego (RPSD) is an opportunity for us to get to know you better. We offer both in-office and virtual one-on-one consultations with one of our experienced physicians. During this initial appointment, we take the time to conduct a comprehensive review of your medical records, discuss your fertility goals, perform an ultrasound evaluation, and create a personalized treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs. We understand that navigating fertility treatment can be overwhelming, which is why we provide detailed explanations and answers to any questions you may have. Our compassionate team is committed to supporting you every step of the way.

Fast Track Program

We believe in personalized care that caters to the individual needs of each patient. The time it takes to develop a treatment plan and start treatment can vary from patient to patient, depending on the complexity of the case and the necessary diagnostic tests. However, our team strives to provide prompt and efficient care, and treatment can begin as soon as we gather enough information to create a customized plan. During your initial consultation, your physician will provide more specific information about your treatment timeline.
